The Wesley Hospital is a private hospital owned and operated by The Uniting Church of Australia. Located in Brisbane.
As a recognised Centre of Excellence, Wesley required a new system to further focus on exceeding customer service expectations. Goals:

Co-ordinators across the facility identified a weakness in availability of all types of equipment from wheelchairs to pumps. Causing patients frustration, nurses time lost searching and delay to schedules.
Facilities management teams were unable to audit equipment causing mis-managment and over ordering.
An RTLS system was implemented to monitor and locate equipment. Real-time auditing was made possible to identify underutilised assets. Exit breach alerts were implemented to overcome loss caused by assets leaving the facility.
Staff productivity and customer experience improved drastically through time saved searching and better organisation.
